These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Basineer’s websites, ecommerce services, software tools, and related services, including Basineer Product Scout (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing products from Basineer, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ABOUT BASINEER
Basineer operates ecommerce and product-research services, including the website at https://basineers.com and Basineer Product Scout.
Basineer Product Scout is a product research, market-intelligence, creative-planning, analytics, and ecommerce operations tool designed to help evaluate products and marketing opportunities using authorized business data, public commercial information, third-party platform integrations, and artificial-intelligence services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. ECOMMERCE PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Products offered through Basineer may include home, kitchen, bath, fixture, décor, or other ecommerce products.
We attempt to display product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, availability, and other information accurately. However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
We reserve the right to:
• correct errors or omissions;

• change prices;
• limit quantities;

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Basineer does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.

Shipping, return, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by the policies displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. BASINEER PRODUCT SCOUT
Basineer Product Scout may provide:
• product and supplier research;
• market and advertising intelligence;
• ecommerce analytics;
• traffic and performance analysis;
• product scoring and recommendations;
• marketing and creative planning;
• artificial-intelligence-assisted classifications, summaries, scripts, concepts, and other content;
• campaign planning and approval workflows; and
• integrations with authorized third-party services.
Product Scout may rely on information from Basineer, authorized users, suppliers, ecommerce platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, public commercial-content sources, and other third parties.
Market conditions and third-party information can change. Product Scout outputs are analytical tools and are not guarantees of sales, profitability, advertising performance, supplier performance, or business results.
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Some Services may use artificial intelligence to assist with analysis, summaries, classifications, product research, marketing concepts, creative content, or similar tasks.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors or incomplete information. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, purchasing, spending, or making business decisions based on them.
Basineer does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, unique, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for every intended use.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

Basineer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, or operation of third-party services outside our control.

Where an integration requires authorization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect the relevant account and permit the Services to access the data involved.
You may not use the Services to access accounts, data, systems, or content without authorization.

You retain whatever rights you already have in information, product materials, business data, images, text, or other content you lawfully provide to the Services.
You grant Basineer a limited right to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services and to perform requested integrations and operations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content.
13. PUBLIC AND THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION
Product Scout may analyze public commercial information, advertising metadata, supplier information, and other third-party data obtained through authorized APIs, licensed sources, public sources, or information provided by users.
The availability of information through the Services does not transfer ownership of that information to Basineer or to the user.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
Product recommendations, opportunity scores, market observations, supplier information, advertising analysis, projections, and creative recommendations are informational and analytical in nature.
Basineer does not guarantee:
• sales;
• conversion rates;
• profitability;
• advertising return;
• supplier reliability;
• delivery performance;
• product demand;
• marketplace approval; or
• any specific financial outcome.
You remain responsible for your business, purchasing, advertising, publishing, and financial decisions.
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Third-party integrations may stop functioning or change because of external API changes, account status, provider policies, service outages, or approval requirements.
16. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Services and information processed through them.
No internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting passwords, API credentials, access tokens, and account information under your control.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Basineer harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
